Kangaroo Court Ruling

In a hastily called session, liberal Pulaski County Judge Tim Fox ruled today that Act 1002 cannot be enforced. Fox promised to get a written order out today. He claims that Act 1002 violates equal protection because private schools could still issue a mask mandate, while public schools could not. Fox did urge the Arkansas Supreme Court to take up the case, as he seemed interested in getting the case moved out of his court.

The effect of this is that the governor, any mayor, county judge, or school district can issue a mask mandate as early as this afternoon. The legislature has once again been overridden. We believe this was all a setup, as the legislature hastily adjourned this morning without hearing the freedom legislation that was promised. The RINOs joined with the Democrats to prevent the special session from continuing. We will make a separate post with the names of the turncoats.

  1. That explains why that big jacka** Mayor Scott made his announcement when he did. He already knew. I despise all their power-monger a**es!
