After the Senate Public Health committee passed a batch of medical freedom bills yesterday, that progress was undone today when the full Senate voted 19-14 to send all medical freedom bills back to the Public Health committee. The scheme was led by Senator Missy Irvin, who was elected as a Tea Party conservative in 2010 but has morphed into a RINO in recent years. Irvin wanted to allow more time for Asa’s bureaucrats to testify against these important bills. This was the vote:
Note that Blake Johnson was fighting for the bills, but became frustrated and left the room prior to the vote. Senator Hammer supports the bills but appeared coerced into sending back to committee.

The Senate Health committee will almost certainly pass the bills AGAIN, as Senator Bledsoe predicted on the floor today. The committee meets at 8:30 Friday morning.
The House Health committee (stacked with RINOs) will meet at 8AM. Johnny Rye has a horrible bill (HB 1974) on the agenda allowing the governor to issue an executive order requiring masks in public schools.
UPDATE: Because of our efforts, Rye has agreed to pull the bill! Continue letting the members of House Health know that you expect them to vote FOR all medical freedom legislation.

Also, the House state agencies committee approved a congressional map proposed by Rep. Nelda Speaks. This appeared to us to be one of the better proposals.

Much progress was made today, thanks to our strong showing at the capitol. Jan Morgan hosted an outstanding rally, with at least 500 in attendance.
The day started with a two hour fight in the senate chamber, where Senator Hickey and the RINOs attempted to block all medical freedom legislation. A 16-16-3 vote meant that the legislation could proceed. If your senator voted YES on this motion (meaning that they could NOT consider medical freedom legislation), then he or she needs to be replaced. (The good ones voted NO.)
Upon the motion of Senator Davis, the Senate Health committee passed eight bills out of committee as a batch, meaning they are sending them to the floor for debate. If you have 3 minutes, watch this clip of these senators doing their job:

4.) Germany: Out of 10 Autopsies, 7 Deaths are ‘Probably’ Linked to the Vaccines
According to a report in the German newsletter Corona Transition, forensic scientists Prof. Arne Burkhardt and Prof. Walter Lang presented theresults of ten autopsies performed on six Germans and four Austrians, all of whom died as a result of the injections, in Reutlingen on Monday 20 September. The autopsies are the result of a collaborative effort by several forensic experts in Austria and Germany; other autopsies are still being evaluated.
Accompanied in Reutlingen by Prof. Werner Bergholz, a quality expert who was responsible for monitoring their work, Prof. Burkhardt and Prof. Lang summarized the consequences of the injections as a “lymphocyte madness crisis” (Lymphozyten-Amok). Lymphocytes are a subset of white blood cells associated with immune responses.
The main factors of this lymphocyte madness that they observed were these:
Excessive immune response with risk of autoimmune disease (self-to-self attack)
Excessive production of lymphoctyes (hyperplasia)
Appearance of lymph nodes in organs where they should not be, unless they are destructive (in the liver, lungs, uterus, thyroid gland, salivary glands etc.)
And also, a “destocking” (Entspeicherung) of the lymphatic organs, which decreases the external immune capacities.
During these autopsies, the two forensic doctors were confronted with disease profiles that were unknown to them until then. While it cannot be said that vaccination was the sole cause of death – because death is always multifactorial, “not a single organ, not a single bodily function, is unharmed” following an injection, according to Professor Burkhardt.
5.) Immunization Expert Warns that Vaccinated People are the Real Threat, “Dangerous” to Others
An immunization expert has stated that the biggest threat right now is people who have taken the Covid-19 vaccines.
Professor Christian Perronne, a former head at the World Health Organisation’s (WHO) European Advisory Group of Experts in Immunization, has warned that “fully vaccinated” people must quarantine in the winter months or risk becoming seriously ill or dying. He said that their immune systems have been permanently altered following vaccination.
Perronne, who is a specialist in tropical pathologies and emerging infectious diseases, said that the situation in the United Kingdom and Israel, which are two of the most highly vaccinated countries in the world, is deteriorating rapidly. He said that the same issues are expected to occur over in the United States as well.
“Unvaccinated people are not dangerous, vaccinated people are dangerous for others,” Perronne said.

To say that there were fireworks at the Vaccine Advisory Committee meeting yesterday might be a gross understatement. The 18 member committee voted 16 to 2 AGAINST approving the booster shots, although later they did give their endorsement on approving them for people 65 and older.(We’re expendable) During the “open session” part of the meeting, dissenting doctors questioning the Pfizer shots were given a chance to address the public with their concerns, and they presented to the public REAL data about the shots that up until now has been ⭐heavily censored.⭐ Dr. Joseph Fraiman, an emergency room physician from New Orleans who did his studies at Cornell Medical School, stated that there are no trials large enough yet to prove that the COVID-19 vaccines reduce hospitalization without causing serious harm. ⭐He lamented the fact that the “vaccine hesitant” coming into his emergency room were more educated on the risks of the COVID-19 vaccine than those vaccinated.⭐ I know many think that vaccine hesitants are dumb, or just misinformed. That’s not at all what I’ve seen. In fact typically, independent of education level, the vaccine hesitant I’ve met in the ER are more familiar with vaccine studies, and more aware of their own COVID risks than the vaccinated. For example, many of my nurses have refused the vaccine despite seeing COVID-19 cause more death and devastation than most people have. I ask them why refuse the vaccine? They tell me while they’ve seen the first hand dangers of COVID, the elderly, the obese, diabetics; they think their risk is low. They’re not wrong. A 30-year-old female has about a 1 in 7000 chance of catching COVID and being hospitalized over it. He pointed out that a recent study showed that the risk of vaccine-induced Myocarditis (heart disease) in young males is higher than their risk from hospitalization from COVID. He called for larger studies to be conducted. ⭐We the medical establishment cannot confidently call out anti-COVID-19 activists who publicly claim the vaccines harm more than they save, especially in the young and healthy, the fact that we do not have the clinical evidence to say these activists are wrong, should terrify us all.⭐ Steve Kirsch, the Executive Director of the COVID-19 Early Treatment Fund, also gave testimony, and he began his comments with: I am going to focus my remarks today with the elephant in the room that nobody likes to talk about, that the vaccines kill more people than they save. ⭐He presented data to prove that the belief that these vaccines are “safe” simply isn’t true. He gives several facts to show this, most all of which we have previously covered here at Health Impact News. For example, people have 71 times more risk of heart attack following COVID-19 vaccines than any other vaccine.⭐ Kirsch claims that expert analysis of existing data, including the 6-month Pfizer trials and VAERS data, prove that the shots kill more people than they allegedly save. ⭐About 411 deaths per million doses. That translates into about 150,000 people have died (from the Pfizer shots).⭐ He then presented some data from the Israel Ministry of Health. The real numbers confirm that we kill more than we save. And I would love to look at the Israel ministry of health data on the 90+ year olds where we went from a 94.4% vaccinated group to 82.9% vaccinated in the last 4 months. ⭐In the most optimistic scenario it means that 50% of the vaccinated people died and 0% of unvaccinated people died. 11.) Sidney Powell, Sidney Powell P.C. and Defending the Republic, Inc., File an Abuse of Process Counterclaim Against Dominion Voting Systems
Friday, September 24, Sidney Powell, Sidney Powell, P.C., and Defending the Republic, Inc., filed a counterclaim against Dominion Voting Systems, alleging it abused the legal process in its lawsuit against the Powell Defendants.
Through this counterclaim, Powell argues that Dominion brought this case against her, her law firm, and Defending the Republic, Inc. (the nonprofit of which she is the President and Founder), to punish her for speaking out, to smear her reputation and impair her credibility, to deflect public attention from the truth of the fraud in the election, and to punish her for drawingattention to the vulnerabilities in Dominion’s machines and software.
Specifically, the complaint highlights ways in which Dominion set out to silence its critics, stop any negative discussion of the company, and conceal damaging facts regarding Dominion’s own patents and instruction manual. As explained through the counterclaim, these documents expressly provide for remote access to real-time election results; remote access to adjudicate votes or to flip votes; deletion of audit logs and votes; and other vulnerabilities, which are features within the Dominion machines.
Powell’s counterclaim asserts that in an effort to avoid having these underlying facts surface in the public dialogue, Dominion developed a public relations strategy through litigation. As a part of its “lawfare” campaign, Dominion filed billion-dollar-plus lawsuits against separate defendants at critical and strategically planned times. It also sent over 150 cease and desist preservation letters to those who criticized Dominion in any way, including witnesses, experts, and even clients of Sidney Powell, P.C. Dominion’s goal was simple: silence the negative press, change the public narrative to its $1.3 billion assault against Sidney Powell, and conceal the truth of the vulnerabilities of the Dominion machine fraud in the election.
Powell comments, “The filing today demonstrates the great lengths Dominion went to suppress the truth, intimidate those who spoke out against the company, and quash free speech. I am continuing to stand by my belief that the results of the 2020 election were rife with fraud through the electronic voting systems, and the truth will come out.”

Peter Doshi, Ph.D., associate professor at University of Maryland School of Pharmacy and senior editor of The BMJ, said during the open public hearing session there is no emergency that would warrant using EUA to authorize COVID vaccines for children.
Pointing to Pfizer’s clinical trial of 12- to15-year-olds which supported the vaccine’s EUA for that age group, Doshi said the harms outweighed the benefits and those who had the placebo were “better off” than those who received the vaccine.
Doshi said few children in Pfizer’s trial benefited because they didn’t get COVID, already had COVID or were asymptomatic. Doshi pointed to data from the CDC showing 23% of 0- to 4-year-olds at the time, and 42% of 5- to17-year-olds already had COVID and acquired robust natural immunity.

Senator Kelly Townsend responds to allegations of medical malfeasance at Phoenix Indian Health Center, and other private hospitals in Arizona. September 21, 2021 Phoenix, AZ Monday of this week, Project Veritas released a video that showed undercover recordings of physicians and other staff of the Phoenix Indian Health Center discussing the fact that adverse events after the COVID-19 vaccine were not being reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). Senator Townsend expressed her concern with the video. “I am not surprised to hear of these allegations from this hospital. Complaints such as these are becoming increasingly more frequent, along with allegations of other public hospitals committing medical discrimination against the unvaccinated.” Townsend continued, “I am glad the reality is coming to light of how easily people have devolved into blatant discrimination against those who chose not to, or cannot be, vaccinated. I have received reports out of Tucson of patients being grossly neglected due to their vaccine status. This cannot stand in our state. I have advised the family members to make a complaint to the Department of Health Services and I hope it is investigated immediately.” Senator Townsend has been consistent in her messaging regarding the right of a person to make decisions regarding their medial care, including the COVID-19 vaccine. “Wherever there is a risk, there must always be the opportunity for choice,” said Townsend. She continued, “In the last several months, I have been contacted by many seeking recourse, whether it be patients needing an advocate, nurses seeking to preserve their employment, parents of school children seeking help due to an arbitrary quarantine, or first responders facing illegal mandates from City officials.” Because the volume of calls and emails has become insurmountable, Senator Townsend has moved to form a group of like-minded individuals from many professions to join her in creating the Arizona Health and Safety Coalition. It is her desire to see a group that is dedicated not only to assisting the public with resources, but to act as a watchdog when things like what was seen yesterday with Project Veritas happen. “I expect this group to act as a think-tank and a resource to help the citizens of Arizona find solutions during this pandemic. I also expect that we can help guide family members as they seek recourse for the mistreatment they are experiencing in various parts of the state. We will provide access to the laws that are there to protect them from maltreatment and neglect and will point them to legal counsel who can represent them if they need to seek damages. Townsend tweeted earlier today that because the Phoenix Indian Health Center is a federal facility, she is calling on the Congressional delegation to investigate. As for a solution for private and public institutions under the state’s jurisdiction, Townsend indicated that she is proposing legislation to create a similar reporting system for Arizona that is transparent for the public to see and more reliable, with an enforceable mandate for medical practitioners report the adverse event.
