Liberal Little Rock City Director (& medical doctor) Dean Kumpuris is urging “the 6-hospital consortium” in central Arkansas to use FEAR and “inducement” to force you to vaccinate. Here’s his (verified) message from last week:=============The six-hospital consortium continues to meet, and our weekly meetings have noted a relaxation of Covid restrictions, minimal demand for vaccine, and a rise in hospitalizations. The Delta mutation is becoming more prominent. We all desire for a return to “normal life,” but our celebration may well be premature. With less than 50% of the state vaccinated and the Delta mutation more prevalent, we MAY be heading for another surge.Col Robert Ator is leading the state’s response and has done an amazing job. I am including two easy-to-interpret graphs that illustrate the problem. Col. Ator correctly notes that there are two ways to persuade people to get vaccinated: inducement and fear.So why am I asking for your help? State-led inducements have not worked, and state-generated PSAs have failed to significantly move the needle. But inducement and fear of the virus in your individual organizations may make a difference. Examples: take Col Ator’s graphs and have non-vaccinated members of your organization sign a statement that they understand the gravity of the situation; have them watch a film about the consequences of non-vaccination; require all new hires be vaccinated; do not allow employees to return to the office without a vaccination; offer time away from work to get vaccinated. The ideas go on and on.More PSA’s and billboards will not make a difference, but you can if you are committed to finding innovative ways to use inducements and fear of the virus in your organization.Please understand that a recipe for failure in controlling the pandemic is living in a state with less than 50% vaccinated and an increase in the Delta mutation as we live a pre-Covid lifestyle. This is the kind of nonsensical sh$t people are spouting and believing. Just where are the children with serious complications and death? They don’t exist! This is the director of Special Education at Lake Hamilton Schools – she would prefer to mask special needs children and risk their health with an agent that affects 1 in 3000 pre-teens and teens, creating serious heart complications (only ONE of the issues now linked to said agent).The comments are all “Yay! You’re so smart. I’ve already started the process of maiming my children with the poison.” She arrogantly points out how enlightened she and her posse of morons are and how those who resisted masking their children are the same ones refusing to give them the agent. Damn right we are!These are the satans we are up against in our children’s schools who want to put them in harm’s way to feel self-righteous. THIS is dangerous!
