JOBS UPDATE / Call to Action

I’ve talked to many group members who are in the process of losing their jobs because of their commitment to medical freedom. Some very good conservative legislators (who are normally on our side) are dodging this issue. Unless I’m mistaken, the legislature has not adjourned; they have only recessed. Nothing prevents them from re-convening to address this crucial issue. Frankly, I’m sick and tired of hearing, “they are a private business, so they get to make these decisions.” NO, THEY DON’T! Private businesses don’t get to set the speed limit; they don’t get to evade DOT, OSHA, and EPA / ADEQ laws. They shouldn’t have to right to tell you what you inject into your body! Asa has now said that he expects most employers to make the vaccine mandatory upon FDA approval, which he expects by mid-August. It’s time for you to call your legislators. Tell them they need to amend Act 1030 immediately to prevent ANY employer from requiring the vaccination (experimental or not).

So many people have asked for my help, so here is my advice:

1.) Contact your state rep, your state senator, and everyone who voted for Act 1030. Their contact info is posted under ‘Contact Lists.’

– Contact the YEAS from this Senate list: https://www.arkleg.state.ar.us/Bills/Votes?id=SB615&rcs=2915&chamber=Senate&ddBienniumSession=2021%2F2021R

– Contact the YEAS from this House list: https://www.arkleg.state.ar.us/Bills/Votes?id=SB615&rcs=3117&chamber=House&ddBienniumSession=2021%2F2021R

2.) Contact Crystal Harvey or a trusted minister. Get a religious exemption letter.

3.) Contact Amy Beard or a trusted doctor. Get a medical exemption letter.

4.) If the above doesn’t work, do NOT quit. Make them fire you. There will be class action lawsuits eventually.

5.) Your health is more important than your job. Look for work at a small business, or start your own. Don’t compromise your values and your life. That’s my advice. I can’t do this for you. It’s your turn to take action.
