From the email blast sent out Tuesday night:
The Bad News:
The legislature gave Asa a 60 day State of Emergency declaration today (Tuesday). Tomorrow, they begin the special session to consider force-masking kids under 12. You can read it by clicking here.
While the masks are a major issue, we think they are a diversion from his real goal of vaccine mandates. As of tonight, thanks in large part to your continued calls, texts, and emails, Asa does NOT have enough votes in the legislature to force-mask your 5 year old. That could change, but the legislators heard us loudly and clearly. You never know what Asa has up his sleeve; he is almost always a step ahead of the legislature. Stay tuned and be ready to advocate on a moment’s notice.
The Good News:
Senator Bob Ballinger, with significant support from other members, intends to introduce two bills: (1) to make Covid vaccination status a protected class, just like race or religion. In other words, you cannot be fired for refusing to take the jab; (2) to make employers who require the vaccine liable for any damage caused by the vaccine. Senator Trent Garner also intends to file a bill to stop Critical Race Theory from being taught in Arkansas schools. These are all important bills. We expect to see more. Please reach out to both your state senator and state representative on Wednesday in support of these important bills. It will take a 2/3 majority to even get a vote on these bills, so it’s a tough hill to climb. (The ultimate solution is for Arkansans to quit electing RINOs.)
Notes on the website:
Because of extreme facebook censorship, we are posting most of your submitted articles to the website. This takes time, but we want to maintain your right to free speech. Here are some tips to working with the website:
1.) Please click the headlines and feel free to comment in the box below each article.
2.) Click past the first page. We are limited to around ten articles per page, so content on pages 2, 3, and 4 is still fresh and may have only been posted yesterday or the day before.
3.) Feel free to contact us by email with any questions.
Contacting your legislators:
You can find all of their contact information by clicking here or the Contact Lists tab on our website.. We have also posted many articles and studies on the website proving that masks don’t work, as well as multiple resources on the ineffectiveness and sinister nature of the vaccine.
Thanks so much for all you are doing! I am posting Reopen Arkansas info on Gab where speech is still free. We could even have a group there as well.
Thank you for all you do
I’ve emailed them to the point the point several have become annoyed.
Like the measured speculation on A’s real intent. That is a good reason to not muddy the special session with other good ideas that provide him bargaining chips with wobbly legislators – including CRT. Parents can fight CRT locally. Focus on “Keep Act 1002”.
Remember:
In July 2020, he flipped to masks the day after announcing no mandate;
Beyond in-state corporate pressures, he chairs the National Governors Association, with its additional pressures and plays;
The AML has attended the last two city council meetings in Jonesboro to present Representatives Tosh and Ladyman with attaboy plaques…going along with guvner.
Thanks to ROA for turning the screws.
I’m usually on top of this stuff, but I’m in the process of selling and moving. Also, the big T forcing the v on employees effects more than one member of our immediate family. So there is that to deal with-and 2 close family members are sick with C. All of that to say a huge thank you to all taking the time to pressure the legislators to do what is right and best AND for the leaders of Reopen AR.
THANK YOU for standing up for Arkansans that don’t feel comfortable getting the vaccine yet(or may not ever choose to), and who certainly don’t want to feel forced to do so by their employer or risk losing their career. We are cheering you on, and its time to make our movements mobilized and loud like the left seems to do (hopefully in a much more loving and less divisive way than they do)
Thank you for standing up for Arkansans who don’t want to choose between their careers and taking a shot they don’t feel comfortable taking.
When are we going to address the real issue that all of our rising cases are in areas where they are offloading thousands of people from the southern border that are infected. They are forcing our state to take many bus loads a day in NWA most are sick and untreated before leaving the border areas and they wonder why numbers have jumped so high. It’s not because we didn’t take shots it’s because they forced sick people to come here and now our hospitals are full. Kids numbers have gone up because of the trip in packs across Mexico then forced into our city. My best friend works for one of the bus companies doing this to America.
WHY IS NO ONE TALKING ABOUT THIS! HOW CAN WE TRUST THE NUMBERS?
If they know it is defective why are we still using it to scare people half to death????
CDC Quietly Revokes COVID Test Emergency Use Authorization, Wait Until You See Why
According to the CDC,
After December 31, 2021, CDC will withdraw the request to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) of the CDC 2019-Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel, the assay first introduced in February 2020 for detection of SARS-CoV-2 only. CDC is providing this advance notice for clinical laboratories to have adequate time to select and implement one of the many FDA-authorized alternatives.
In preparation for this change, CDC recommends clinical laboratories and testing sites that have been using the CDC 2019-nCoV RT-PCR assay select and begin their transition to another FDA-authorized COVID-19 test. CDC encourages laboratories to consider adoption of a multiplexed method that can facilitate detection and differentiation of SARS-CoV-2 and influenza viruses. Such assays can facilitate continued testing for both influenza and SARS-CoV-2 and can save both time and resources as we head into influenza season. Laboratories and testing sites should validate and verify their selected assay within their facility before beginning clinical testing.
This really says it all. The RT-PCR tests could not differentiate between the flu and ȻOVID. So once again, the numbers are proven to be a lie.
