Call to Action: Biden mandates

Arkansas can – and must – push back against these unconstitutional mandates. Act 608 of 2021 allows the legislature and Attorney General to essentially invalidate and have Biden’s executive orders declared unconstitutional. The legislature will reconvene on Monday, September 27th. We should insist that they: (a) declare the Biden executive order unconstitutional, and (b) pass medical freedom / medical right to privacy legislation to protect all Arkansans from these mandates.

Call, text, and email your legislators today. The “terrific ten” (see 8/31 Action Call) are already in agreement. The fence-sitter Republicans need to hear from you, though. They are the ones who will ultimately make the decision. It will require a 2/3 vote of both houses to make the legislation effective immediately. Please be polite when you contact them. Don’t alienate the very R’s we need to vote for freedom.

These are the “terrific ten” who voted to extend the session. They are on our side and do not need pressure: Ballinger, Clark, Davis, Garner, Mark Johnson, Rapert, Rice, Stubblefield, Sturch, Sullivan

These are the R’s who voted to adjourn and need to hear from you: Beckham, Bledsoe, Caldwell, Dismang, Eads, English, Flippo, Gilmore, Hammer, Hester, Hickey, Hill, Irvin, Blake Johnson, Pitsch, Sample, Wallace

These are the House members who stand on the side of freedom. We don’t believe these need to be pressured at this time. If your State Rep is NOT on this list, he / she needs to hear from you: Barker, Beatty Jr., Beck, Bentley, Brooks, Bryant, Carr, Cavenaugh, Cloud, Cooper, Dotson, Furman, Gazaway, Gonzales, M. Gray, Haak, Hillman, Hollowell, Lowery, Lundstrum, McCollum, M. McElroy, McGrew, McKenzie, S. Meeks, Miller, Milligan, Payton, Penzo, Pilkington, Richmond, Rye, B. Smith, Speaks, Underwood, Womack

  1. Done, told them all this is an emergency, as livelihoods are at stake! Thank you so much for all your help with the tools to help ourselves.

  2. Just emailed all the fence sitters. I hope it helps! Thank you for the lists of their emails and cell numbers. That was helpful.

  3. LOL Scott, after reading on fascistbook your remark on Ledbetter, alas, it was too late, I had already emailed him. Here is his reply:
    Dawn,

Thanks for taking the time to write. I appreciate it.

Vaccine mandates are neither new nor unconstitutional. The US Supreme Court has twice ruled in favor of the legality of vaccine mandates, and here in Arkansas, kids have to be vaccinated against about dozen diseases (including measles, mumps, rubella, and chickenpox) and have an immunization record in order to attend schools.

Also: For private-sector employers, there’s no mandate that workers get vaccinated. Under President Biden’s plan to protect more people against Covid-19, employers with more than 100 workers can require either proof of vaccination or weekly testing. If someone doesn’t want to get the shot (which they should, because it’s safe, free, and selfless), they can instead get tested each week. This step would at least help prevent someone who’s infected from further infecting others.

Covid-19 is currently killing about 1,500 Americans each day, and the disease has claimed the lives of more than 7,000 Arkansans.

I encourage everyone to get fully vaccinated.

Thanks again for taking the time to write.

    Sincerely,
    Greg

Needless to say, there is SO MUCH I could say in my reply, but afraid it will only fall on deaf ears.

    1. He sent everyone the same response. He is a communist. I think we are close to the 2/3 needed in the senate. Focus on House. The fence-sitters there will follow the leaders. We don’t need a single D vote, thankfully.

  4. My husband is a physician and has done two amputations from vaccine adverse reactions so far. These aren’t the only major incidents he has encountered. Renal failure, strokes, miscarriages. You name it. This cannot be mandated. I will contact today
