Republican voters in Arkansas’ First District are faced with an opportunity to promote one of the most unexcelled freedom-fighters from the Arkansas House of Representatives to the US Congress. A founding member of Reopen Arkansas, Representative Smith is the original House sponsor of the Arkansas Sovereignty Act; he supports complete school choice, completion of the southern border wall, and is 100% opposed to abortion. He stood strong for Arkansans during Asa’s tyrannical mandates and sponsored freedom legislation in the House.
