On behalf of the tens of thousands of Reopen Arkansas members and supporters across the state who are your constituents and voters, we write to urge you to:
- NO FORCE MASKING KIDS! (or others) – STOP AMENDMENT(S) to Act 1002, aka: Mask Ban.
- VETO ANY “EMERGENCY DECLARATION” by the Governor (“Delta” is not an “Emergency” – it’s no more dangerous than other, prior strains – see below)
- BAN MANDATED COVID19 VACCINATION AS CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT by ANY entity, public or private. There is no reasonable rationale to adopt mandated Covid19 vaccinations, and numerous reasons to safeguard freedom of medical choice when it comes to CV19 vaccinations. (see below)*
MASKS: Masks don’t work to reduce spread of viruses – this should be apparent to the blind by now, but if not apparent, there are over a dozen peer reviewed studies, and literally nations full of empirical evidence showing they don’t work.* Masking children, who remain at low (statistically ZERO) risk of serious harm from Covid19 (in spite of what the fear-mongering CDC, ADH, other 3 letter groups, and the “press” would have you believe), is simply a fear-mongering, fool’s errand furthering tyranny and control – not safety. School Boards aren’t and shouldn’t be mask police – the decision to wear or not wear a mask should be made at the best “local level” – parents and their students.
EMERGENCY: Returning to the previous and never-ending “Emergency” state is simply more political tyranny supporting a Socialist-Marxist agenda. The largest worldwide study from Israel on the Delta variant has shown Delta to be LESS dangerous and deadly than prior strains. The fear-mongering press (and ADH – who are still using 42 cycle PCR tests driving increased “case” numbers again – even CDC has recalled and admitted are useless) and an emerging Socialist- Marxist federal government are again using the fear-doom-gloom ploy to support further tyranny and distract from the more serious threats facing our nation (out of control spending and debt, collapsing immigration policy, rampant inflation, collapsing economy). Don’t allow the leftist National Governor’s Association chair – Asa – to use Arkansas as a socialist national tool to further the left’s goals, and use the “Emergency” to mandate vaccinations, mask school children, and otherwise impose more tyranny.
MANDATED VAX: Don’t be fooled – this is the endgame and masks and “emergencies” are the tools. Our Nation and State are under imminent threat of GOVERNMENT MANDATED COVID19 VACCINATIONS for what is emerging to be THE MOST DEADLY AND HARMFUL (Severe Adverse reactions) “vaccination” (it’s not a vaccination – it doesn’t confer immunity – it’s a “therapeutic”) in this nation’s history. Conservative estimates say over 10,000 Americans have died following the “safe and effective” Covid19 shot. Never in US history has a new vaccination so dangerous been allowed to continue trials or remain on the market. Initial studies have indicated the vaccination presents MORE risk to youth than the disease itself, yet the federal government and its co-opted agents in the private sector – big corporations – are vigorously pushing mandatory vaccination for all, youth included. In a short labor market, and amidst record inflation and economic downturn, Arkansans are already being fired for refusal to submit to private sector – corporate – mandates. LEGISLATORS: ARE YOU READY TO FACE THE FORCED POINTY END OF A TRIAL NEEDLE NO MATTER YOUR HEALTH CONDITIONS OR CHOICE? Stop this dangerous tyranny – ADOPT LEGISLATION BANNING MANDATED COVID19 VACCINATIONS BY GOVERNMENT AND THE PRIVATE SECTOR AS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT.

You know why? It all comes down to the basic question:
WHO owns your body? WHO?
I am a bible believing christian and have been since I was 13 when I received Jesus as my Savior.
There are many scriptures that indicate who owns my body, but the bottom line is just this:
GOD owns my body. GOD OWNS MY BODY. NOBODY else.
In 2006 I worked for a privately held small hospital HealthPark Hospital. It was owned by a group of doctors who broke away from (then) St. Joseph’s Regional Health Center because they did not want to be lorded over and told what, when, where and how high to jump. I loved it there. Behind the scenes, St. Joseph’s began working to re-absorb this wonderful little hospital because we were being reimbursed by insurances the same as they for things like total knee replacement, hip replacement even though we did not have the overhead like the bigger hospital. They were losing against the smaller, more personal hospital. Patients loved this place! I myself was an inpatient in October of 2009. It felt more like a hotel than a hospital. It was quiet, restful and did not have a rush of activity occurring like the hustle and bustle across the way. But, the corporate takeover was in motion.
I was offered the flu shot while I was employed at HealthPark. I decided, why not? I had worked in the medical field since 1989 when I worked at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. I got the shot. Within hours my husband was driving a panicking woman to the emergency room with a narrowing airway. I was treated and released. I never got another flu shot while at HealthPark.
The fall of 2010 was when St. Joseph’s made their move. It was announced to us HealthPark would be purchased and become part of the “family”. We would still see patients (as long as revenue supported us) but we all knew what was going to happen. They would finally close our hospital in 2011. I had moved up the hill to the big facility in Admissions by this time.
It’s a hard job to do, but new equipment, computers etc. made it a little easier to stomach being bought out by the same people you escaped a mere few years before.
Every year we were encouraged to take the flu shot. My nurse friends began to decline taking it. Most of my non-clinical coworker friends did and came down with the flu as a result. We were told it was not possible to get the flu because of the shot. Right. No thanks.
I began to do some research on the flu shot. I found a very interesting news item out of Pennsylvania. A large group of nurses who refused the yearly flu shot from their hospital employer (by the same name as ours: Mercy Hospital!) and were summarily fired. They sued. It dragged on a year, but won their case. All of the terms of the suit were not published but they did let these slip out: they had to be offered their job back with a lifetime exemption from the yearly flu shot and back pay from the time they were fired until the suit was settled.
Another interesting item came out in the suit. It was discovered Medicare would reimburse the hospital at a higher rate providing 90-95% or higher of employees were forced to take the flu shot. It was about the money. It’s ALWAYS been about the money.
Fast forward to 2016. It was a suggested that we get the flu shot. I didn’t. In 2017, it was a stronger suggestion we get the flu shot. I didn’t. We were told it would be mandatory in the future. But, we were told, they offered religious and medical exemptions. I obtained a letter from my primary care doctor to this effect. They did not honor it. Let that sink in. A religious medical institution not honoring a religious or medical exemption from the flu shot. They didn’t honor anyone’s application for exemption. I got the shot for 3 years in a row, dreading each time as it approached.
The first year, I was forced to get it, as the nurse was taking me to the injection room, I walked across a crowded waiting room and loudly announced to everyone there that I did not consent to this invasive medical procedure; that I was being forced by my employer to take as a condition of keeping my job. A few heads turned. I made up my mind that next year should this occur again, I would put a piece of paper with a picture on it with two zeros in my pocket for the nurse in exchange for not getting the shot. Ultimately I did not do that, but I did think about it seriously.
Fast forward again to July of 2020 when an entity known as Conifer takes over the revenue side of the hospital. Flu season approached and there was no mention of requiring a flu shot. I pored over the employee handbook looking for any mention of it. Zero. As time went on, masks were forced on us. I loudly voiced my disapproval as we were in a small part of the hospital that had no public contact. Finally, someone said we had to wear a mask while we were in our office. Alone.
That was the last straw. I emailed my boss and threatened to quit if this was not stopped immediately.
They let me come home to work. This is where I’ve been ever since December 22nd, 2020.
The very bottom line to all of this is nobody should be forced to undergo an invasive medical procedure against their will.
You own your own body and should have (you DO HAVE!) the right to say NO to whatever someone else says you need to be injected with. It is a basic human right to control your own body.
And masks do not prevent the spread of any pathogen. It says so right on the box of blue masks.
Go to youtube and search for a guy with a mask on breathing in and out with a cloud of smoke escaping from the top and sides and bottom of the mask. Plus you are decreasing the amount of oxygen you are able to take in and maximizing the amount of re-intake of your own carbon dioxide.
